Apostle Michael Orokpo is an ordained minister of God's Word the founder and President of Encounter Jesus Ministries Int'l in Abuja Nigeria. A ministry with an apostolic mandate to raise believers who sustain an experiential knowledge of God. Apostle Mike Orokpo has a B.Sc degree in Chemistry, M.Sc degree in Chemistry from the Federal University of Agriculture, Makurdi, Benue State and he is currently undergoing his Doctorate degree in Chemistry at the same University. 

Apostle Michael Orokpo has been an instructor at the Cave Adullam Bible College. He worked under Apostle Arome Osayi of Remnant Christian Network. He was ordained on May 24th, 2019. Michael Orokpo is married, he got married on 23 April 2021 to his wife, Osenaga Umobuarie. His white wedding was held on 24 April 2021 at 11 Egbenoma street, Ugbowo, Benin City. Before being dedicated to the ministry she served faithfully for many years as a State Attorney in the Attorney General’s Office of Ghana. Adelaide has a remarkable reputation as a peacemaker in her speech and demeanour.

And so, year after year, he spearheads the Christ to the Rural World Ministry in bringing "Jesus to the Rurals".

This Ministry outreaches the rural world with free medical help, free drugs, food, clothing, Bibles and books distribution among many other things. His greatest desire is to see the poor person saved and empowered to be able to change his/her situation and environment. He also loves to see the youth empowered to make a difference in their time and generation. This passion is reflected in most of the sermons he preaches on Sunday and on other occasions.
