He is the Founder and Global Lead Pastor of The Transforming Church International (TTC), a dynamic and fast-growing ministry with expressions in Nigeria, the United Kingdom, and beyond. Through TTC, he is committed to equipping believers with biblical truth, leadership capacity, and spiritual empowerment to influence their world.
Dr. Rev. Sam Oye is also the visionary behind the Prophetic Prayer Hour (PPH), a globally recognized intercessory movement attracting thousands of participants daily from over 100 nations.
Academically, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of Ibadan, a Postgraduate Diploma in Theology, and a Master of Arts in Leadership from the Redeemed Christian Bible College. In recognition of his outstanding contributions, he was awarded an Honorary Doctorate in Global Leadership and Strategic Management by Queen's University Belfast in 2023.
He is a Certified Leadership Coach with the John C. Maxwell Team and a Certified Marriage Instructor with Family Wellness Associates (California, USA).
