THURSDAY’S INSPIRATION- PART 212 ( 04/25/24).
Hello family and friends, our key scripture is Mark 2:5,11-12;” When Jesus saw their faith, He said unto the sick of palsy, SON, THY SINS BE FORGIVEN THEE. I SAY UNTO THEE, ARISE, AND TAKE UP THY BED, AND GO THY WAY INTO THINE HOUSE.
And immediately he arose, took up the bed, and went forth before them all; insomuch that they were all amazed and glorified God, …..”
The fact that God sent Jesus into the world so that men would receive forgiveness of sins reveals the importance of forgiveness of sins.
Here are 10 powerful effects of forgiveness:
1. Forgiveness of the man sick with palsy led to his healing.
2. It led to the removal of what was killing him.
3. It ended his suffering.
4. He had liberty from the stretcher.
5. It took away the curse from his life.
6. It enabled him got a job. His sickness prevented him from being employed.
7. He had a brand new life.
8. It ended his sadness and depression.
9. It ended his isolation.
10. It enabled him to get married.
Similarly, we need to go through the process of forgiveness to experience healing, deliverance, liberty and many more blessings!
It is therefore very important that we go to the Lord in prayer daily asking for forgiveness!
