MONDAY’S INSPIRATION- PART 110 ( 04/22/2024).
Hello family and friends, here are two things that are not the same as being born again:
1. OBEYING A NEW SET OF RULES.
Being born again is not the same as obeying a new set of rules. When we join a club such as an old Boy’s Association, or a keep fit club, we may be presented with a new set of rules. These rules would serve as our guiding principles.
There are also people who are rich in wise sayings. These sayings are very deep and full of wisdom. We may be guided by these nice sounding wise quotes. Nevertheless, Jesus says to us,” You must be born again.”
2. BEING POPULAR
Being popular or famous is not the same as being born again. We may be popular; people may hail us wherever we go, but we still Need To Be Born Again.
Popular politicians need to be born again in spite of their popularity.
Beloved Christians, Jesus’ instructions recorded in John 3:3 is very key in our walk to Heaven: “…… Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” Let’s bless our hearts with this beautiful attached clip- IT WASN’T EASY, by Cece Winans
