LET US HAVE ABSOLUTE FAITH IN GOD — (FAITH MOVES)

TUESDAY'S INSPIRATION – PART 157 (07/15/2025)

Hello family and friends,
KEY SCRIPTURE:Acts 17:28 – “For in Him we live, and move, and have our being.” Faith isn’t passive. TRUE FAITH MOVES, grows, and bears fruit in every area of life.
WHEN FAITH STOPS MOVING:We become spiritually stuck when we neglect prayer, personal Bible reading and devotion, stop fellowship, hold on to sin, disappointments, unforgiveness and follow worldly pleasures and other personal influences.

THE SUBTLE INFLUENCE OF SEDUCING SPIRITS THAT BLOCK MOVING FAITH:
1 Timothy 4:1 warns of spirits that pull us away through lust, pride, false teaching, and idolatry.
1 John 2:16 shows how these behaviors slowly and silently overcome us: We are drawn away through the Lust of the flesh, Lust of the eyes, and pride of life. These influences make us self-reliant instead of God-reliant. These spirits distract us through immorality, pride, deception and false pleasures. Their aim is simple; to pull us away from God’s will.

Key warning signs of being pulled away include confusion between moral and immoral, compromising with right and wrong, unrepentant sins, resistance to corrections and distancing ourselves from spiritual disciplines.

HOW TO BUILD MOVING FAITH:THE POWER OF SPIRITUAL DISCIPLINE (Acts 2:42)
To move forward, we must release sinful actions, harmful attitudes, and negative habits.
Romans 12: 2says we must renew our minds.
Colossians 2:15 reminds us that Christ has already defeated these powers through His death and resurrection, giving us authority to resist their influences.

ACTION STEPS
1. Set daily time for prayer and Bible reading.
2. Surround yourself with godly community.
3. Build God-centered routines and habits.

Let us commit ourselves to the renewing of our minds, letting go of old habits, moving and growing in absolute faith in God!
Blessings,
Eric Boateng
