LET US HAVE ABSOLUTE FAITH IN GOD – FAITH LOVES PREPARATION

TUESDAY'S INSPIRATION – PART 150 (07/08/2025)

Hello family and friends,

TODAY'S SCRIPTURE READING
Hebrews 11:7 – “By faith Noah, being warned by God of things not seen yet, moved with fear, PREPARED an ark to the saving of his house…”

Earlier in this series, we learned that faith means trusting God's promises—even when the outcome isn’t visible. Today we are looking at how that trust or faith becomes visible when we PREPARE in response to His Word. PREPARING is faith in action—planning, organizing, and taking steps ahead based on what God has promised.

Noah’s obedience shows us that men and women of faith PREPARE before signs appear. While he built the ark in faith, others ignored God’s warning and perished when the flood came (Genesis 7:11–24).

Christ will return like a thief in the night. It is spiritual preparation that will keep us ready to be swept up with Him. Matthew 24:44

FAITH IN ACTION: REAL-WORLD PROOF THAT PREPARATION MATTERS

“Semper Paratus” (Always Prepared) is the official motto of the US Coast Guard. It reflects readiness and preparedness for unknown storms and emergencies.

In academia, the course Development Planning emphasizes the principle: “You plan to fail if you fail to plan" as a foundation of sustainable development of cities and towns.

Likewise, spiritual growth requires intentional, faith-driven PREPARATION in order to receive God's promises. (Proverbs 21:5 )

WHY DOES FAITH LOVE PREPARATION?
* Proverbs 21:31 – Faith prepares; God brings the victory.
* Proverbs 24:27 — Preparation (planning ahead) is a sign of readiness to receive God's promises.

Brethren, a faith that truly trusts prepares because preparation is an act of faith itself.

Blessings
