MONDAY’S INSPIRATION- PART 120 ( 07/29/24).
Hello family and friends, here are three things that happen to us when we die:
1. When We Die, We Either Go To Heaven Or Hell.
In the parable of the rich man and Lazarus( Luke16: 19-31), Jesus gave us a clear picture of what awaits us when we die. The rich man went to hell and Lazarus went to Heaven :-
Luke 16:22-23);” And it came to pass that the beggar died, and was carried by Angels into the bosom of Abraham: the rich man also died, and was buried; And in hell he lifted up his eyes, being in torments, and Seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.”
2. If We Go To Heaven When We Die, Angels Will Come To Escort Us And Carry Us Away From This Earth Into The Presence Of God. This is what happened to Lazarus, and we should expect nothing less than a similar escort for all of us who stay in the will of God till the end of our lives- ( Luke 16:22).
3. If We Go To Hell When We Die, We Will Be Met On Arrival By Evil Spirits And Other Dead People.
This is going to be one of our unpleasant experiences in life if we don’t repent from our sins and change from our wicked ways:-
Isaiah 14:9;” Hell from BENEATH is moved for thee to meet thee at thy coming: it stirreth up the dead for thee, even all the chief ones of the earth; it hath raised up from their thrones, all the kings of the nations.”
