MONDAY’S INSPIRATION- PART 119 ( 07/22/2024)
Hello family and friends, one of the most important questions we should ask ourselves is that: “ What happens to us when we die?” This is a question that cannot be easily answered by university or college lecturers or professors in any academic fields. There are no textbooks that fearlessly answer the question of what happens to a man when he dies.
The Bible is the only book that confidently answers this controversial and difficult question. In Luke 16:19-31;” Jesus illustrated that after death, there is going to be judgment ( through the parable of the rich man and Lazarus):-Luke 16:22-27;” …And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angel into Abraham’s bossom: and the rich man also died, and was buried; and in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom. And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his fingers in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame. But Abraham said, son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted. And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed: so that they which pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass us, that would come from thence.”
You might choose to believe or not believe in life after death! WHAT WILL HAPPEN WHEN YOU DIE AND WAKE UP ONE FATEFUL DAY TO FIND OUT THAT HEAVEN AND HELL ARE REAL???
