Hello family and friends, HAPPY NEW MONTH!
Here are the last six things that we must not be filled with as Christians ; Unrighteousness, Envy, Coveteousness, Murder, Cursing and Bitterness: Romans 1:29;” Being filled with all UNRIGHTEOUSNESS fornication, wickedness, COVETEOUSNESS, maliciousness, full of ENVY, MURDER, debate, deceit, malignity, whisperers.”
Romans 3:14;” Whose mouth is full of CURSING and BITTERNESS.”
1. Unrighteousness is simply defined as something which is sinful and evil.
2. Coveteousness is defined as a strong desire after the possession of worldly things; ungodly desire for something that belongs to another. It can lead to greed, stealing, jealousy, envy and even murder.
3. Envy is defined as a mostly negative feeling or desire for something that someone else has, and you do not have. Similar in meaning as jealousy.
4. Murder is the unlawful Premeditated killing of one human being by another. It is always deliberate and premeditated malice.
5. Cursing is to use profanely insolent language against someone; to call divine or supernatural powers to send injury or death to another.
6. Finally, Bitterness is defined as anger and disappointment of being treated unfairly.
For us to grow and to have deeper Christian lives, we must strive to desist from these negative things!
