WEDNESDAY’S INSPIRATION - PART 142 ( 04/23/2025).
Hello family and friends, our key scripture is Romans 4:
19-20;” and being not weak in faith, he considered not his own body Now Dead, when he was about hundred years old, neither yet the Deadness of Sara’s Womb: HE STAGGERED NOT at the promise of God through unbelief: but was STRONG IN FAITH, giving glory to God.”
Faith is our ability not to stagger in the face of difficulties, challenges or problems. Abraham has been described as The Father Of Faith because he staggered not in the face of extremely difficult situations; including these learnings from our key scripture:
1. Abraham had a promise of a son when he and Sarah the wife were hundred years old and ninety years old respectively. This humanly was impossible.
2. Abraham believed on this promise by God, and acted on it.
3. He never considered the deadness of his body at hundred years old nor the deadness of Sarah’s womb.
4. God honored His word when Sarah gave birth to Isaac a year after the promise.
Like Abraham, our faith is our secret weapon and we should NOT STAGGER in the light of difficulties and challenges. We should never be overwhelmed by any situations or circumstances; knowing very well that we serve A VERY FAITHFUL GOD!
The God we serve is the same yesterday, today and forever!
