WEEKEND’S INSPIRATION- PART 195 ( 11/10/24).
Here are three questions and answers for matured Christians:
1. Why Do Christians Lead A Quiet Life And Mind Their Own Business? Leading a Quiet Life and minding your own business is a direct command in the Bible:-1 Thessalonians 4:11;” And to make it your ambition to lead a quiet life and attend to your own business and work with your hands, just as we commanded you.”
2. Why Do Christians Witness And Talk About Jesus Christ? Christians know that we have been commanded to reach out to the whole world:- Acts 1:8;
“ But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses to unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the world.”
3. Why Do Christian Girls And Ladies Look Nice?
Because the Bible teaches that our bodies are the temple of God. Thus, Christian girls and ladies know that God lives in them and should dress decently. Dressing decently speaks well of the God who lives in them:-1 Corinthians 3:16; “ Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, And that the spirit of God dwelleth in you?” ALL Christian ladies should take note of Proverbs 7:10;”… there met him A WOMAN WITH THE ATTIRE OF A HARLOT, and a subtil heart.”
