SATURDAY’S INSPIRATION- PART 253 ( 04/05/2025).
Hello family and friends, our key scripture is James 1:5; “ If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given to him.”
The Bible is straightforward on wisdom; that we should ask from the Lord.
Noticing and Recognizing things is the first step to gaining knowledge:-Revelation 1:11;”Saying, I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last: and, WHAT THOU SEEST, Write In A Book, and send it unto the seven churches in Asia….”
All great men of God were able to recognize and and noticed things. Two of such men were:
1. The Prophet Jeremiah:-
Jeremiah 1:11-12;”Moreover the word the of the Lord came to me, saying, Jeremiah, WHAT SEEST THOU? And I said, I SEE A ROD OF AN ALMOND TREE. Then said the Lord unto me, THOU HAST WELL SEEN: for I will hasten my word to perform it.”
2. John The Disciple
1 John 1:1;” That which was from the beginning, which we heard, WHICH WE HAVE SEEN with our own eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the word of life.”
Both great men of God (Jeremiah and John) had the ability to see things, which enabled them to achieve great things for the Lord.
Beloved Christians, it is possible that we could be looking at some things without seeing them. So our ability to recognize and notice things are great assets and strengths to both our successes or failures in life.
Let us therefore pray persistently for wisdom and understanding, as wisdom is the principal thing in this life!
Blessings ?????????
