Hello family and friends, another key that will help us become fruitful Christians is: WE SHOULD NOT ALLOW RICHES TO QUENCH OUR FRUITFULNESS:-Mark 4:19;“ …and the deceitfulness of riches…choke the word and it becometh unfruitful.”
Rich Christians are among the most fruitless Christians on earth. They believe their money can pave way for them in heaven. That notion is very misleading, as we are serving a just and fair God. Whatever we sow is what we are going to reap!
As God elevates some of us, we then tend to stay away from church and also from spiritual events. When the Lord blesses us, we should NEVER make the mistake of allowing the responsibilities of our new blessings choke the word.
We should always remember that it is God who gives us the power ( gift of life) to acquire the wealth! God forbid, but what happens when if any of us go to bed and we don’t wake up from our sleep?
God by blessing us did not intend to keep us away from Him! We should learn how to maintain the glow in spite of our new found treasures.
We should remember the story of the Rich Fool ( Luke 12:15-21), who God decided to take his life from him the very day he decided to brag about his new found wealth.
DON’T ALLOW YOUR RICHES TO CROWD OUT THE LORD WHO HAS POWER OVER YOUR LIFE!
