THE SECOND DETERMINANT: STRENGTH-1

THURSDAY’S INSPIRATION- PART 239 ( 11/20/24).
Hello family and friends, our key scripture is Ecclesiastes 9:11;” I returned, and saw under the sun, that the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to THE STRONG, neither yet bread to the wise, nor yet riches to men of understanding, nor yet favor to men of skill; but time and chance happeneth to them all.”

This scripture is very beautiful, because it reveals that strength usually determines the outcome of a battle. However, time and chance have also occurred on several occasions and the unexpected people without strength have won some amazing battles.

One such example is the young shepherd boy David killing Goliath ( a fearful giant and far stronger than him; that is, David.)
Strength is necessary for leadership in every sphere of life and endeavors.

Many people are not good leaders because they don’t have the strength to take good decisions.

When Joshua was made the leader of Israel, he was told to be Strong. Why is that? -Joshua 1:6-7;” BE STRONG and of good courage: for unto this people shalt thou divide for an inheritance the land, which I sware unto their fathers to give them. ONLY BE STRONG and very courageous, that thou mayest observe to do according to all the law, which Moses my servant commanded thee: turn not from it to the right hand or to the left, that thou mayest prosper whithersorver thou goest.”

Joshua was commanded to be Strong because he was going to deal with stubborn enemies, and also deal with all kind of characters. If you are a leader of even a small group, Joshua should be your role model.

Strength actually determines the quality of one’s leadership.
Weak leaders give rise to lots of confusion. Be blessed by this beautiful attached clip- I CAN ONLY IMAGINE 🎹🎶
